FMC Global Talent are currently representing a leading global provider of virtual product development tools, including simulation software and professional services that help companies make money, save time and reduce costs associated with designing and testing manufactured products. Our client works with thousands of companies worldwide in a variety of industries including aerospace, automotive, general machinery, medical/biomechanics and rail to name a few.

The role

My client are now seeking a Senior Account Manager to enhance their sales department and cover a sales territory within a region, as well as one or more significant regional or national accounts. The focus of the position is to maximise profitable revenue through selling incremental software to existing accounts and establishing a significant number of new name customers.

The requirements

You will have experience of working within a sales environment as well as:

  • Several years experience in selling solutions and business value to senior level executives
  • Knowledge of the CAE marketplace, engineering applications and a consultative sales process
  • Ideally educated in an Engineering environment or aligned experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
