We’re currently recruiting for a globally renowned surgical devices company who specialise in designing and developing market leading medical devices. They are currently looking for a Territory Manager for their gastro and respiratory portfolio.

The role

As a Territory Manager for the Gastro and Respiratory portfolio you’ll be promoting and selling medical devices and imaging equipment across the North London and Essex territory. You’ll be meeting with clinical and healthcare professionals as well as other decision makers to sell the portfolio, as well as providing strong after-sales and clinical support to them. You’ll be an expert on the product portfolio and will use this knowledge to drive sales of the product range!


Responsibilities include:

  • Arranging appointments and meetings with stakeholders
  • Demonstrating medical device products in live patient settings
  • Securing customer interest through demonstrations and presentations
  • Selling the gastro and respiratory product range
  • Identifying stakeholders and decision makers in the sales cycle
  • Presenting pricing proposals
  • Demonstrating the value of the portfolio to clinical and non-clinical customers
  • After-sales support, including delivering training on the medical devices
  • Analysing sales performance and preparing sales forecasts
  • Managing the geographical demands of the high-performing territory
  • Researching medical device competitors
  • Representing the company at exhibitions and conferences when required
  • Promoting a wide range of solutions across company divisions


The requirements

You will be based in North London/Essex and able to travel across the territory, as well as being experienced in medical device sales. You will also have…

  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Knowledge of medical/surgical devices
  • Track record of sales in the medical devices space
  • Computer literacy skill (including MS Office and CRM systems)
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Familiarity with consultative sales
  • Self-motivated and a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Entrepreneurial approach to sales
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively when required
