If you’re looking to begin your career in the medical devices industry and have been in sales for a couple of years or you have prior experience at a clinical support level looking for that step up this is an excellent opportunity for you. Our client is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to manage and grow existing and new accounts across the North East.

Our client is one of the fastest-growing medical device distributors across the UK. They produce a cutting-edge portfolio of solutions within the spinal, ENT, sports medicine, and pain management markets. They pride themselves on their close-knit culture and are excited about their progress and expansion across Europe and the Middle East.

 
The role

As a Territory Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and maintaining current accounts within your assigned territory as well as growing the patch further. You will become specialised in our clients’ spinal portfolio but will have exposure to the entire business portfolio.

Responsibilities include:

  • Setting, exceeding and meeting sales goals and objectives

  • Travelling across the UK to support the team

  • International travel required

  • Building a full knowledge of our client’s products,

  • Forming and maintaining relationships with a variety of stakeholders

  • Improving customer satisfaction through support and training

 
The requirements

You will have at least 2 years of experience in a sales role, as well as…

  • Degree educated within a scientific discipline

  • Enthusiastic, driven, and hyper-organised

  • Comfortable working in a team environment

  • Able to build strong relationships with stakeholders

  • Hunter mentality, proactive, and fired up

  • Excellent listening and influencing skills

  • Full UK driving license and willing to travel across the territory

  • Flexible to work late nights and overnight stays
