Our client is a huge blue-chip organisation known across the medical, surgical, and orthopaedic world. They offer innovative products and services to improve patient and hospital outcomes including medical and surgical equipment, orthopaedics, neurotechnology, training and education. 

 
The role 

As Territory Sales Manager, you will be a member of a highly successful Head & Neck  sales team, working alongside industry opinion leaders, and in major centres for neurosurgical and spine surgery. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting area for expansion, drive sales, achieve rapid growth, and be rewarded with a strong compensation plan.  

Other responsibilities include:

  • Seeking out projects and finding the right solutions 

  • Listening to ideas, sharing thoughts, and working together to move the business forward 

  • Building strong professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels 

  • Becoming an expert in the company’s product portfolio  

  • Exceeding performance objectives and closing profitable business 

  • Being customer-focused and bringing value to performance objectives  

 

The requirements 

You will have proven success in medical device sales or the ambition to get into medical sales, along with: 

 

  • Degree educated in a science or business-based subject  

  • Willing and comfortable to take ownership  

  • Demonstrable drive and desire to succeed and win 

  • Team player, competitive and high achieving background 

  • Keen to learn and develop technical knowledge  

  • Experience within a leadership position within a team, group, or community 

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) 

  • Valid Driving Licence to cover your territory where appropriate
