Job description

Science and technology in medicine are moving fast and our client is searching for a highly motivated Territory Sales Manager to join their team and develop their Electrochemotherapy business across London & South, UK.  

 

The company

Our client specialises in developing and distributing biophysical treatments of non-invasive, electrotherapy devices for the treatment of cancers. They strive to create innovative, effective, and safe therapeutic systems for clinical practice.

 
The role
In the role of Territory Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include strategizing, planning, and implementing electrochemotherapy company objectives. You will oversee projects from start to finish and foster growth through partnerships with the NHS. Your duties will also involve identifying and presenting to potential and current clients, as well as collaborating with oncology Key Opinion Leaders to assess and meet their requirements. 

Other responsibilities include…

  • Developing a pipeline of potential new accounts 

  • Maintaining and developing strong relationships with stakeholders 

  • Possessing an understanding of the product portfolio  

  • Delivering monthly reports, KOL updates and market feedback 

  • Creating sales forecasts  

  • Representing the company at National and International meetings 

  • Staying up to date with the latest scientific data  

 

The requirements

You will have experience in working with multiple-level stakeholders within the NHS with a keen interest in Interventional Oncology, as well as…

  • Degree educated in a scientific discipline  

  • Driven sales professional with 3-5 years of medical sales experience 

  • Good understanding of the oncology market  

  • Strong understanding of the NHS 

  • Experience implementing new products technologies  

  • Demonstrable success in searching out and executing opportunities 

  • Elevated level of interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills

  • Experience in handling negotiations 

  • Strong technical aptitude 

  • Disciplined, motivated and tenacious  

  • Located in London 

  • Flexible and willing to travel up to 80% 

This is a multi-faceted field-based role that will involve some weekend work and European travel.
