We’re currently working with an orthopaedic and sports medicine specialist company who have a global reputation. They’re looking for a motivated and charismatic individual to join them as a Territory Sales Manager for their South Thames region.

The role

In the role of Territory Manager you’ll look after our client’s surgical consumables and sports medicine portfolio, directly selling these to surgeons and procurement managers. You’ll join a close-knit team who are all committed to providing the very best for their customers.


Responsibilities include:

  • Selling orthopaedic and surgical products to surgeons and procurement
  • Ensuring excellent patient outcomes by training and supporting clinicians and theatre staff
  • Undertaking trials and evaluations of the products within the theatre environment
  • Driving sales using these evaluations
  • Building and maintaining relationships
  • Customer service
  • Acquisition of new customers


The requirements

The required territory for this role is ideally South Thames but covers the South East, including Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex and Kent. You will live within this area, as well as:

  • Degree-level education ideal but not essential
  • Successful medical device sales or marketing experience essential
  • Computer literacy skills (including Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
  • Good at negotiation
  • Able to work in pressurised environments
  • Flexibility in ways of working
  • Motivated and enthusiastic
