Are you ready to join an experienced, well-trained, and charming team of salespeople? Our client is currently looking for a Territory Manager to join their team and sell an exciting portfolio of surgical devices across the North East and Yorkshire region.

Our client provides high-quality products to the NHS and UK Private hospital sector that enable operating theatres to dramatically reduce costs yet retain quality and operative experience. They ensure the customer is put first and this commitment is recognised by customer loyalty over their many years of experience. 

The role

As Territory Manager, you will be selling a strong portfolio of surgical devices to the NHS and UK Private hospital sector. You’ll support the product trials, ensuring sufficient products are made available, as well as obtaining clinical feedback for post-market surveillance. 

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for building relationships with existing accounts, but also seeking new business opportunities to increase revenue.
Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and developing existing hospital accounts to optimise business growth

  • Identifying and establishing new business opportunities across the product portfolio

  • Arranging and supporting product device trials and evaluations 

  • Providing knowledgeable customer service support to meet customer needs 

  • Building lasting and productive relationships with key stakeholders

  • Organising daily work schedule in a highly efficient manner 

  • Maintaining an electronic account for all activity using Salesforce CRM software 

  • Developing a detailed knowledge of the company’s product portfolio 

  • Attending company sales meetings and training and development opportunities 


The requirements 

You’ll have proven work experience as a sales representative in a medical/healthcare environment, as well as… 

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or equivalent 

  • Highly motivated and target driven 

  • Proven track record in sales 

  • Able to build productive, professional relationships

  • Able to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs 

  • Excellent computer literacy skills (Microsoft Office) 

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Passionate and enthusiastic with good interpersonal skills 

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a territory


This Territory Manager role is field based role with opportunities for personal development, growth, and continuous learning. The ideal candidate will be based in the Leeds region due to the majority of the business in this region.
