Our client, a market leader with huge growth across EMEA, is looking for a Territory Manager to become the newest member of their Sales Team located in the Netherlands. If you’re a nurse looking to break into a medical device or commercial world, this could be the perfect role for you! 

The company 

Our client delivers high-quality products within the global medical device industry to significantly enhance patient care and empowers healthcare providers. They specialise in both airway management and bladder measurement and are working to become the market leader in each. The role 

In the role of Territory Manager, you’ll directly sell our client’s Airway Management and Bronchoscopy products across hospitals, ICUs and theatres in the Netherlands and consistently achieve and exceeding on targets. You will be comfortable working in an operating theatre as your time in theatre will be high – working with a mix of capital and consumable products.  

Responsibilities include: 

  • Generating a high volume of sales activity 

  • In-person prospecting, evaluations, phone calls and customer presentations  

  • Analysing pipeline coverage to ensure it supports monthly, quarterly, and annual goals  

  • Executing sales strategies and techniques 

  • Understanding customer needs and building rapport 

  • Utilising the company CRM system  

  • Researching marketing opportunities 

  • Learning new industry and market information  

 

The requirements 

You’ll have 1+ years of experience in medical sales, ideally with surgical experience, as well as…

  • Degree-level educated  

  • Professional experience and track record in the health sector 

  • Comfortable working in an operating theatre 

  • Able to develop strong relationships with stakeholders 

  • Able to deliver exceptional service levels  

  • A high-energy individual with a self-starter mentality  

  • Strong account management skills 

  • Supportive and creative in solving challenges 

  • Willing to go the extra mile to exceed patient expectations 

  • Experience working for a US-based manufacturing company is preferred  

  • Fluent in Dutch and excellent knowledge of English  

  • Ideally located within the territory and willing to travel across it
