Our client, a globally recognised and industry corporate leader, is seeking a Territory Manager to join their Medication Management Solutions (MMS) division and ensure a market-leading customer experience and service is delivered to their customers across the South.

The role 

In this role, you’ll drive the performance of the territory by growing the sales orders of our client’s digital solutions to community pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals. You will be responsible for building an exceptional knowledge of our client’s solutions. The product portfolio includes  

Other responsibilities include: 

  • Building a strategy and plan to implement your activities 

  • Prospecting and commercialising the product range and solution offering 

  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities 

  • Updating and documenting all activity in the CRM system 

  • Supporting the Marketing function with digital campaigns, marketing automation and content creation 

  • Attending local and national conferences, trade shows and events 

  • Preparing quarterly business reviews  

  • Communicating updates to all relevant sales support functions  

  • Professionally representing our client on all occasions

You’ll have a strong understanding of the changes impacting the structure of the NHS in primary care in the UK, as well as…

  • An established industry network is in place to utilise  

  • Comfortable working with a wide network of internal partners 

  • A new business hunter  

  • Demonstrable success in closing new and existing business 

  • A proactive self-starter  

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment 

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) 

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills 

  • Ideally located within the territory
