An exciting opportunity for the position of Territory Manager within our client’s Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) division has arisen across Ireland. Medical Delivery Solutions transforms medication preparation and administration to enhance patient and clinical outcomes.

The role

As a Territory Manager for MDS, you’ll join a strong and high performing team and be responsible for delivering quarterly and annual territory targets and building an exceptional knowledge of our clients’ solutions. The product portfolio includes vascular access devices, prefilled syringes, and hypodermic products (needles, syringes safety needles). 

Other responsibilities include:

  • Delivering on quarterly and annual territory targets  

  • Understanding customer goals and building strong and mutually beneficial relationships 

  • Proactively developing and implementing territory plans 

  • Managing account priorities and focusing on sustainable sales growth  

  • Conducting and managing product trials  

  • Contributing to compelling business case development 

  • Developing efficient and effective call planning  

  • Using agreed on business reporting tools 

  • Representing our client in a professional manner on all occasions 

  • Attending meetings, conferenced and exhibitions  

 

The requirements

You’ll have a clinical or clinical sales background, as well as… 

  • Previous experience of commercial activity with the HSE and private hospital environments 

  • Experience working with multiple decision-makers and procurement across hospitals 

  • Comfortable managing a broad portfolio of products 

  • Proactive approach with a desire to drive success  

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • You must live in Dublin or within reasonable commuting distance
