I am currently supporting an innovative medical device organisation for a London/M25 & South East Territory Manager role within medical devices to represent and become an ambassador for a range of minimally invasive surgery products. 

The role

Role: Territory Sales Manager
Location: London & South East (80% of work within M25)
Salary: Up to £48,000 + competitive bonus + car allowance

I am seeking an experienced and passionate medical sales representative to join an dynamic organisation who focus on revolutionizing minimally invasive surgery products for treatment of obesity and gastro-intestinal disorders. These disorders affect the population on a global scale and in return need innovative devices to help combat the issue.

This organisation have a particular range of devices that focus on bariatric and endoscopic surgical solutions that are recognised in over 70 different countries. Their presence as a smaller medical organisation does not impact their determination to help transform patient care within healthcare.

If you have 2-3 years of experience working with medical devices, experience selling into hospitals and theatres accompanied with a passion for growing business – This could be your next step.

The hiring manager is seeking for an individual that is hard-working, passionate and unapologetically ambitious. You will need to have the confidence to work autonomously but work as a team to promote the business.

The territory is demanding, so this role requires an individual that will go the extra mile where required and feel passionate about the organisation they are representing.
 

The requirements

You will live within the designated territory, but aside from this you will also have:

  • A Bachelor degree in life science, Biomedical or other relevant disciplines.
  • Previous experience within medical or pharmaceutical device sales
  • The ability to establish profound relationships and manage accounts
  • A driven, enthusiastic and ambitious attitude to protect and win new business
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence
