Job description | Our client is currently looking for a Territory Manager to join their team in and sell an exciting Urology portfolio across Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, innovative, and entrepreneurial individual looking to join a market-leading medical device company. The role As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for the direct sales and promotion of our client’s market leading Urology product portfolio across the territory. You will demonstrate medical equipment to clinical staff within hospitals, carry out meetings with business managers and provide after-sales support to grow market share for the portfolio. Responsibilities include: Managing sales opportunities in your territory through to completion Providing accurate sales forecasting Delivering post-sales training and support for your customer base Developing and presenting sales presentations to customers
Identifying customer requirements and providing solutions Communicating our client’s value proposition to prospective and existing customers Delivering patient and product demonstrations
The requirements You’ll have at least 2 years of experience in a Medical Sales role with a strong track record of success. Other requirements include: Degree level educated Experience in a field sales environment, ideally within the healthcare industry Track record of meeting and exceeding targets Experience working in a secondary care environment Motivated and driven
Able to prioritise tasks, strong organisational skills Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels Strong written communication skills Skilled in customer service Focused on continuous improvement and personal development
