Job description

A renowned player in the surgical space is currently looking for a Territory Manager to join their team and sell an exciting surgical portfolio across London and the South East. 

The company 
Our client is a world-renowned distributor of specialist medical and surgical devices. Their wealth of sales and marketing expertise combined with the exceptional level of clinical focus and technical support they offer has positioned them as a partner of choice among both manufactures and healthcare professionals in global medical device organisations.

The role
As a Territory Manager you’ll focus on increasing sales volume and revenue of our clients Oncology Ablation product portfolio whilst maintaining strong customer relationships and increasing market share.  
Other responsibilities include:

  • Providing presentations of products and services to stakeholders 

  • Educating customers in practical features and benefits 

  • Making territory plans to achieve the targets  

  • Maintaining and reporting, daily sales activity reports 

  • Reviewing the territory’s performance 

  • Promoting exhibitions and workshops  

  • Maintaining and continuing to develop the necessary skills 

  • Communicating regularly with the National Sales Manager 

  • Assisting with all marketing, research, and product launches 

The requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience in a Medical Device and surgical sales, as well as:

  • Experience in a theatre environment  

  • Able to covey confidence and credibility to others 

  • Works effectively and co-operatively with others 

  • Flexible, enthusiastic, and decisive  

  • Establishes and maintains good working relationships 

  • Able to produce results, prioritise objectives and scheduling work 

  • Highly developed interpersonal skills 

  • Effectively copes with pressure and setbacks 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)

  • Strong computer literacy skills (including Microsoft Office suite)

  • Full Valid UK driver’s license and willing to travel across the territory (when permitted)

 

The territory for this role covers London and the South East. You will ideally be in London or Kent.
