Do you want to join one of the largest global medical technology companies in the world? Our client is currently looking for a Territory Manager to join their team and sell an exciting portfolio of Gastroenterology and Respiratory devices across the West Midlands.

The role

As a Territory Manager, you will join a well-established and experienced team to promote and sell a strong portfolio of Gastroenterology and Respiratory products by building strong relationships with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders. You’ll provide demonstrations of the equipment to clinical staff within hospitals, carrying out meetings with managers and providing after-sales support.

Responsibilities include:

  • Focusing on account management of existing customers whilst growing market share
  • Understanding of the product portfolio
  • Presenting at workshops, exhibitions, and educational meetings
  • Delivering post-sales training and support for new and existing customers
  • Producing accurate and regular forecasts of sales opportunities
  • Analysing the market to identify growth opportunities
  • Identifying key stakeholders for the product portfolio
  • Responding to customer issues
  • Attending medical conferences, workshops and exhibitions and representing the company
  • Managing sales activities through the CRM system

 

The requirements

You’ll have at least 12 months experience in a Territory Manager position, as well as…

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is desirable
  • 3+ years’ experience as Senior Territory Manager with track record of success
  • Experience in a field sales role, ideally within the healthcare industry
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise effectively
  • Self-motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic
  • Able to work within a successful team
  • Clear and concise communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Able to travel across the UK territory

 

This Territory Manager role is field-based across the West Midlands, with time spent with time spent in the office on an ad hoc basis.
