Our client is currently looking for an experienced Territory Manager to join their team and sell an exciting portfolio of surgical devices across Wales, Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

The role

As a Territory Manager, you will be selling and demonstrating our client’s market leading EndoTherapy product portfolio to clinical staff within hospitals. You will also carry out meetings with managers and provide after sales support with a view to growing market share for the portfolio.  

Responsibilities include: 

  • Understanding of the product portfolio

  • Managing sales opportunities and regularly forecast within the territory 

  • Representing the organisation at workshops, exhibitions, and educational meetings

  • Delivering post sales training and support for new and existing customers 

  • Produce and deliver solutions and value propositions through presentations

  • Managing the clinical activity within theatre environments  

  • Analysing the market to identify growth opportunities


The requirements

You’ll have at least 12 months’ experience in a Territory Manager position, as well as…

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is desirable 

  • Experience within a field sales environment, ideally within the healthcare industry

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills

  • Self-motivated, passionate and enthusiastic 

  • Highly motivated to provide exceptional customer satisfaction  

  • Focus on personal continuous improvement and development

  • Strong organisational skills and able to manage a territory

  • Able to travel across the UK territory


This Territory Manager role is field based, with time spent in the office on an ad hoc basis. When permitted, you will be expected to travel to customers across this territory.
