Are you highly motivated to provide exceptional customer satisfaction? Our client is currently looking for an experienced Territory Manager to join their team and sell an exciting portfolio of surgical devices across Staffordshire and East Yorkshire.

The role 

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for the direct sales and promotion of our client’s market-leading EndoTherapy product portfolio across your territory. You will demonstrate medical equipment to clinical staff within hospitals, carry out meetings with business managers and provide after-sales support to grow market share for the portfolio. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Developing a deep understanding of the product portfolio 

  • Providing training and commissioning within the clinical environment  

  • Growing market share for business and procurement managers for their portfolio 

  • Providing after-sales support and managing the sales territory 

  • Attending exhibitions, workshops, and educational meetings 

  • Delivering post-sales training and support for new and existing customers 

  • Managing sales prospects on the company's customer database  

 

The requirements 

You’ll have at least 12 months experience in a Territory Manager position, as well as… 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is desirable 

  • Experience in a direct sales or consultative role  

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills 

  • Self-motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic 

  • Innovative and entrepreneurial approach to work 

  • Strong commercial acumen 

  • Able to work within a successful team  

  • Clear and concise communication skills (written and verbal) 

  • Able to travel across the UK territory 

 

This Territory Manager role is field-based across Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Staffordshire, and East Riding of Yorkshire.
