Are you looking for a new challenging position within a fast-growing, dynamic and innovative company? Our client, a well-respected medical device company specialising in surgical technologies, is currently looking for a Territory Manager to join their team and sell an exciting portfolio of surgical products in East Midlands and South Yorkshire.

 

The company

We’re working on behalf of a rapidly growing, international medical device company. With a product portfolio ranging from urology to general surgery, ENT to obstetrics, they specialise in surgical technologies for minimally invasive surgeries and are known for having a fantastic reputation in the market and offering an excellent training programme and company culture. The company are at a phase of expansion and growth, so this is an incredible opportunity to join a collaborative team and a forward-thinking organisation as they look to dominate the minimally invasive surgical space!

 

The role

As a Territory Manager, you will join a well-established and experienced team and be selling a strong portfolio of surgical products for use within operating theatres. You will develop an in-depth understanding of what the surgeon and their teams need and work closely with them to achieve their goals.  
Responsibilities include:

  • Attending orientation, education, and scrub sessions

  • Demonstrating the proper use of our clients’ product portfolio  

  • Developing and implementing business plans for your territory

  • Identifying key stakeholders for the product portfolio

  • Arranging appointments with surgeons and their teams  

  • Organising and attending medical conferences and representing the company

  • Staying up to date with the latest medical data  
     

The requirements

You’ll have at least three years’ surgical sales experience, as well as…

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Proven track record selling into hospital or clinical environments

  • Able to create strong relationships with key decision makers  

  • Experience working with accounts from prospecting through to implementation

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Strong negotiation, listening, and presentation skills

  • Passionate and enthusiastic

  • Self-starter and driven 

  • Ideally live across the East Midlands and South Yorkshire territory  

 

This Territory Manager role requires you to travel to your appointments across parts Lincoln, Doncaster, Mansfield.
