Our client, a globally recognised industry leader, is seeking a field-based Territory Manager to join their newly formed Breast Reconstruction and Aesthetic Surgery Division and assist in the launch of their new range of products to Plastic and Breast Surgeons across the UK.

The role 

In this role, you’ll support the identification, implementation, and ongoing development of opportunities within the Breast Reconstruction and Aesthetic Surgery portfolio and their related strategies. You will focus on the expansion of an existing customer base and the introduction of new opportunities across the region. 

Other responsibilities include: 

  • Identify and qualify key market stakeholders 

  • Execute all sales activity including solution provision, product positioning, trials, contract negotiations and demand generation 

  • Representing our client at national and international events 

  • Providing field support and education to surgeons  

  • Analysing market trends and activity to facilitate market growth 

  • CRM compliance as an aid to reflect  

  • Completing tender and contract management  


The requirements 

You’ll have 3+ years of experience in medical sales, preferably within a surgical/theatre environment, as well as… 

  • Degree educated in a related subject  

  • Strong understanding of the aesthetics market  

  • Track record of opportunity identification and management 

  • Demonstrable track record across both private and NHS channels 

  • Thorough understanding of needs, analysis, and solution selling  

  • Be a motivated and strategic self-starter  

  • Desire to support a demanding region  

  • Able to be agile and think creatively  

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

  • Based within the South UK and willing to travel for up to 80% of your time
