Our client is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner who will bring a balance of creativity, focus and determination to the team.
FMC Smart Industry continue to support world leaders in software solutions for the energy and industrial market sectors. Our client is a leading software vendor providing Environmental Health & Safety and Risk Management solutions. They strive to achieve operational excellence with the goal of developing a safer, more sustainable, and productive world.
The product can serve a diverse number of sectors, from oil, gas, and petrochemical through to discrete manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, government and many more.
As Talent Acquisition Partner your core focus will be on owning and driving the recruitment process from end-to-end. You will develop strategies to find candidates for their software engineering and product management organisations.
You will successfully manage, prioritise, and close searches against a timeline and gain an in depth understanding of how to recruit passive candidates at all levels.
The successful candidate will ideally have 1-3 years’ of corporate and/or search firm progressive recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting. Other requirements include:
