The role 

As Systems Integration Engineer you will be responsible for the integration, installation, repair and project support for the cleaning, disinfection and sterilisation products of our client’s endoscopy and surgical consumable portfolios. You will provide training and support for new and existing customers across the product portfolio including presentations and workshops as well as installation, lead generation and fault finding. You will spend your time in multiple hospital departments, working with are some of the most advanced analytical endoscopy and sterilisation systems available in the market. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Managing all aspects of installation in line with project plans  

  • Ensuring professional representation of the organisation and its values  

  • Providing support remotely and on site when required  

  • Ensuring rapid responses to breakdown requests 

  • Developing a thorough understanding of the product portfolio  

  • Writing summary reports for the relevant database  

  • Working across the whole service cycle  

  • Forming and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders

  • Working collaboratively within other divisions of the organisation  

  • Managing all new and existing customers 

  • Facilitating maintenance in line with company processes 

  • Ensuring continuous process improvement 


The requirements 

You’ll have experience within a field service/project environment, ideally in the healthcare industry, as well as… 

  • Possess a HNC qualification or relevant experience in Electronic Engineering 

  • PRINCE 2 Foundation or equivalent experience (Highly desired) 

  • Obtain and maintain site access cards (CSCS/MIA/PASMA) 

  • Experience in large healthcare projects is desirable  

  • Experience of working to relevant compliance standards  

  • Ability to generate and manage multiple internal and external stakeholder relationships  

  • Able to investigate complex issues and solve problems 

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills  

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Good people management skills and a track record of working as part of a multi-disciplinary team 

  • Able to travel across the UK (when permitted)
