Are you interested in joining one of the fastest-growing global SaaS businesses headquartered in the UK? Our client is looking for a dedicated SVP to lead the Audit & Risk Business Line. This role is a brilliant opportunity for someone to put their stamp on a global, genuine market leading SaaS vendor.

The role 

As SVP Audit & Risk, you will assume responsibility for the P&L of the business and will be shaping and delivering the strategic growth agenda. You will define and own the customer acquisition and have overall responsibility for all the elements of revenue growth, working collaboratively with senior leadership and the wider organisation. 
Other responsibilities include: 

  • Using a systematic, data-centric approach to hit regional targets 

  • Assessing the company’s current product portfolio to identify new product and business growth opportunities 

  • Maintaining robust sales management processes and confidently leading the team  

  • Building strong external relationships acting as the company’s Chief External Representative 

  • Instil a culture of excellence, performance, accountability, and inspirational leadership. 

  • Bring a global mindset and excellent communication and relationship skills to align a highly distributed leadership team and employee base 

  • Expand cross-sell opportunities; deepen existing customer relationships while generating new ones 

 

The requirements 

You’ll have demonstrated P&L experience, as well as: 

  • A deep understanding of the dynamics of enterprise software (including SaaS) 

  • Previous experience in a leadership capacity (80+ people), leading a distributed team through a matrix structure 

  • Experience with Audit & Risk or aligned software solutions  

  • A track record of scaling, building and leading high-growth revenue software businesses 

  • An ability to significantly grow revenue and EDBIDTA 

  • International experience in leading multi continent teams 

  • Knowledge in developing and executing inorganic growth strategies 

  • Resilient, will-to-win attitude in challenging scenarios
