Do you have a strong track record in a Construction or SaaS sales role? Do you want to work for an innovative company working with AI and digital twin technology? Our client is transforming how construction companies deliver their projects with their digital transformation solutions and are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join their team and grow new business. 

 

The company 

Our client is on a mission to transform how their customers deliver on their projects by providing them with visual data to drive their processes. Working in the construction market their solutions use artificial intelligence to bring 2D drawings and 3D models to life using ground-breaking digital twin technology. This allows their customers to check in on progress, streamline their projects and make data-driven decisions to progress projects.

The role 

As Strategic Account Manager you’ll bring our client’s state-of-the-art technologies to market, helping to connect customers with technologies that will change the way they build. Your core focus will be identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across both the UK and Europe, with the aim of growing the company and their presence. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Generating revenue for our client 

  • Acquiring new clients to drive business growth 

  • Qualifying and closing new business 

  • Working with existing accounts to close business 

  • Developing a sales strategy and pipeline 

  • Identifying and qualifying leads by working with sales teams 

  • Using data to drive decision making 

  • Identifying unique customer needs 

  • Driving our client’s unique value proposition 

  • Developing and maintaining a strong sales pipeline 

 

The requirements 

You will have at least 4 years’ experience in the SaaS or Construction markets and will have operated in an Account Executive or aligned role. Other requirements include: 

  • Demonstrable track record of developing new business opportunities 

  • Strong track record in an aligned sales role 

  • Consistent ability to hit and exceed sales targets 

  • Competitive and driven 

  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels (including C-level) 

  • Able to create trusted, meaningful relationships with customers 

  • Knowledge of the Construction industry 

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment 

  • Excellent problem solving skills 

  • Adaptable and able to grow with the company 

  • Strong analytical and organisational skills 

  • Data-driven and able to use this to inform sales processes
