The role 

As Solutions Consultant, you will develop relationships with innovative construction companies championing our clients’ product portfolio throughout the entire sales cycle. You will articulate the value of the software and provide insight to future clients to ensure they select our client’s product as the right platform for them.  

  • Create presentations that identify customer’s problems and work to create case studies and business cases that articulate the benefits and value of the platform.  

  • Act as a genuine Consultant, providing excellent customer service to existing customers and prospective partners. You will help them understand the industry and best practices as well as positioning the product as a solution. 

  • Work closely with the Country Leader to develop relationships in the region and own the technical evaluation and discovery of new opportunities.  

  • Act as a conduit between the customers and the product and sales teams to ensure messaging is accurate and value is being delivered suitably.   

The requirements 

You’ll have 7+ years of construction industry expertise or pre-sales experience in the AEC industry in Germany, as well as… 

  • Bachelor’s degree (Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture etc.) or time-served in industry in a relevant role (Project Engineer/Manager, Architect, Engineer etc.) 

  • Knowledge of construction projects throughout the DACH region and a contact book of contractors, architects and engineering firms would be highly desirable.   

  • Ability to work closely with customers and listen to their requirements and provide them with industry knowledge and insight. 

  • Experience with construction management platforms such as: PlanGrid, Procore, Viewpoint, Autodesk, Bluebeam etc.  

  • Fluent German and English – verbal & written 

  • Flexible to travel across the DACH region when suitable 

 

This is a remote position based in Germany – Munich.
