Integrated into one software suite, their product synchronises data and enables collaboration between internal and external teams. From shop floor to top floor, these solutions deliver real-time information that simplifies complex manufacturing and provides product and process improvement.

The role

As a Solutions Architect, you will be highly valued for your expertise – you will play an active role in customer meetings, providing creative solutions to their complex business problems to achieve customer expectations. You’ll have the opportunity to challenge current ideas and develop solution specifications whilst championing industry best practices. You’ll also be responsible for mentoring the project team from design to deployment to ensure customer requirements are met.

Other responsibilities include:

• Leading design workshops to help customers achieve business objectives
• Working with customers to develop roadmaps
• Developing technical documentation and preparing product demonstrations

• Supporting the validation and testing of solutions
• Overseeing data management and data integration-related activities
• Resolving design challenges
• Improving customer satisfaction
• Maintaining level expertise regarding new functional and technological products

• Collaborating with Account Executives and Client Partners to achieve sales objectives

The requirements

You’ll have strong (5+ years’) experience of success as a Solutions Engineer, with high level knowledge of software applications including MES, ERP, PLM or Discrete Manufacturing. Other requirements include:

• Degree educated in a technical or business-related discipline
• Track record of leadership experience is highly desirable
• Background in the Aerospace and Defense industries
• Demonstrable experience of managing enterprise deals

• Experience in engaging and negotiating with C-level stakeholders
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

• Detail-orientated, analytical, and able to resolve complex challenges
• Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Flexible and willing to travel up to 50%
