Do you have a strong background in selling enterprise software and complex technical systems? Our client is looking for a tech-savvy Solution Executive EP to join their team in the Nordics.

Our client is a global software vendor providing Environmental Health & Safety, Sustainability, and Risk Management solutions. They strive to achieve operational excellence to develop a safer, more sustainable, and more productive world. The product can serve a diverse number of sectors, from oil, gas, and petrochemical to discrete manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, government, and many more. Their sustainability solutions are genuinely best in class and are designed to put the environment first.

The role

As a Solution Executive EP, you will focus on optimising the sale of our client’s software solutions to multiple manufacturing verticals across a defined territory by expanding business in existing accounts whilst qualifying new opportunities. You’ll play an active role with customers, providing creative proposals to their complex problems to position our clients as an effective solution to their business needs.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Hitting and exceeding sales quota
  • Providing accurate sales forecasts
  • Developing our client’s market presence
  • Opening new business opportunities through cold calling, conferences, and trade shows
  • Developing technical documentation and preparing product presentations
  • Maintaining level expertise regarding new functional and technological products
  • Collaborating with Account Executives and Client Partners to achieve sales objectives

 

The requirements

You’ll have 8+ years of successful experience in selling Enterprise Software and Technology solutions to the Global 2000 & Japanese enterprises, as well as:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or engineering discipline
  • Demonstrable success in closing large, complex sale cycles, including B2B sales
  • Track record of achieving sales quota
  • New business hunter with an aptitude for opening new relationships
  • Able to build effective interpersonal relationships with key decision-makers
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and listening skills
  • Strong computer proficiency (including Microsoft Suite)
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Entrepreneurial and drives innovation
  • Detail-orientated, analytical, and able to resolve complex challenges
