Do you have strong experience of EPR/HER software? Our client is looking for a tech-savvy Software Integration Specialist to join their team and continue their growth across the minimally invasive surgery space. 

The company 

We're working on behalf of the market leaders in endoscopy with a product portfolio including instruments and devices for the entire field of human and veterinary medicine. The company utilises central image and data archiving systems to streamline and simplify minimally invasive surgery for convenient, comprehensive, and high in quality products. 

The role 

As Software Integration Specialist, you will focus leading EPR/EHR system deployments alongside our client’s products, ensuring their successful implementation and training customers to optimise their use. You’ll also become a critical aspect of support for the sales team by providing quality product demonstrations and collaborating with the Imaging team to identify current and future product development deliverables that will drive software solution sales.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Providing remote and onsite server infrastructure support 

  • Performing site installations 

  • Engaging with key clinical individuals to align strategic priorities

  • Identifying and attending exhibitions and demonstrations

  • Managing technical documents and administration 

  • Maintaining adherence to quality procedures and standards 

The requirements 

You will have 2+ years of EPR/EHR Interface experience with a strong technical understanding of HL7 messages, as well as: 

  • Degree educated in Computer Science (or equivalent) 

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 

  • Customer-focused and able to build strong interpersonal relationships with a diverse customer base 

  • Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment 

  • Detail orientated, organised and able to meet tight deadlines 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail 

  • Proficient computer literacy skills (including Microsoft Office suite) 

  • Full UK driving license
