They offer affordable Diagnostic and Imaging equipment and support without scarifying patient care and transfer their industry and product expertise to their customers.
As a Service Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing the relationship with the existing customer base as well as actively seek new service and maintenance business opportunities. You will manage your own diary, making appointments and following up enquiries to schedule meetings.
Other responsibilities include:
Collaborating with Territory Managers to obtain information on contract tenders
Reviewing and approving renewal quotations
Attending Service Contract review meetings
Identifying key contacts and collate all stakeholder information
Attending exhibitions and marketing events

Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth
Knowledge of hospital procurement processes and tender submissions
Excellent networking, interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to adapt and manage change within the workplace
Customer and results focused
Ability to use effective language to convey technical and complex information
Comfortable having difficult or challenging conversations
Positive ‘can do’ attitude
Copes well in a pressured environment
Creative and self-motivated
Strong computer literacy skills (MS Office and CRM systems)
Organised and able to meet deadlines
Flexible and willing to travel nationally
This role is home/remote based.
