Our client, one of the fastest-growing independent medical equipment service providers in the UK, is seeking a Service Sales Manager to join their team across the South. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and rapidly evolving industry.

The role 
As a Service Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing the relationship with the existing customer base as well as actively seek new service and maintenance business opportunities. You will manage your own diary, making appointments and following up enquiries to schedule meetings.  
Other responsibilities include: 

  • Building and maintaining productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels 

  • Producing customer quotes for assets 

  • Collaborating with Territory Managers to obtain information on contract tenders 

  • Reviewing and approving renewal quotations  

  • Attending Service Contract review meetings 

  • Identifying key contacts and collate all stakeholder information  

  • Attending exhibitions and marketing events 

  • Following up on all leads  

 
The requirements 
You’ll have experience and knowledge of the radiology environment working with multiple modalities, as well as… 

  • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth  

  • Knowledge of hospital procurement processes and tender submissions 

  • Excellent networking, interpersonal and communication skills 

  • Ability to adapt and manage change within the workplace 

  • Customer and results focused 

  • Ability to use effective language to convey technical and complex information  

  • Comfortable having difficult or challenging conversations  

  • Positive ‘can do’ attitude 

  • Copes well in a pressured environment  

  • Creative and self-motivated  

  • Strong computer literacy skills (MS Office and CRM systems) 

  • Organised and able to meet deadlines  

  • Flexible and willing to travel nationally  

 

This role is home/remote based.
