Working across the dental and general medicine markets, they have a reputation for incredibly high standards and work to provide cutting-edge technologies to their customers to improve vision in healthcare.

 

The role 

In the role of Service and Installation Coordinator, you will provide first class support for the company’s customer base and the service division. You will be responsible for processing service contracts and repair orders and take full responsibility over the installation process.  

 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Coordinating the installation process and liaising with internal and external stakeholders  

  • Responding to general service and customer queries 

  • Inputting data into the Sales force CRM system 

  • Ordering spare parts for customers and the internal service team 

  • Processing all contract purchase orders 

  • Invoicing customers and ensuring all necessary paperwork is submitted in a timely manner  

  • Ensuring a prompt turn around for all customer orders 

  • Assisting in the warehouse when required 

  • Providing excellent customer service 

  • Ensuring all repair parts are on site when needed 

The requirements 

You will have service coordinator led experience, as well as: 

  • Knowledge and practical experience within the medical devices industry (desirable) 

  • Excellent customer service skills   

  • Desire to be apart of a progressive brand  

  • Strong computer literacy skills (including Microsoft Office suite)

  • Good organisational skills  

  • Able to work on multiple tasks at any one time 

  • Extremely diligent and methodical in your approach 

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) 

  • Excellent team-working ability 

 

You will ideally be located within 45 minutes of Chessington.
