Are you looking for a new challenging position within a dynamic and innovative company? Our client is currently looking for a Senior Strategy Manager to join their team and position the company as a leader in the digital transformation of healthcare. 

The company 

Our client is a specialist provider of digital, cloud-based management platforms that enable the seamless collaboration of clinical teams. They have experienced exponential growth in the last four years, having garnered a reputation for safe and secure solutions that have been utilised by over 100 hospitals across the UK. This is an exciting time to join our clients as they continue to break new ground and seek to impact the global health technology markets. 

The role 

As a Senior Strategy Manager, you will immerse yourself in the analysis of international markets and identify international opportunities for our client’s digital pathway solutions. You’ll become the lead agent for standalone strategic projects, managing their conception through to their execution. Using both client insights and your expertise in global market data, you’ll be responsible for devising our client’s roadmap of international expansion. 

Other responsibilities include: 

  • Aligning international strategies with the current business strategy 

  • Driving key business meeting agendas, business planning and prioritisation processes 

  • Working with multiple stakeholders to gather and assess information to support strategic commercial decisions 

  • Directing cross-functional projects including commercial launches 

  • Advising on operational processes to meet differing international needs 

  • Creating OKRs to monitor business performance and design mitigation strategies 

  • Providing feedback to the executive team 


The requirements 

You’ll have 5+ years of consultancy experience,  within a healthcare or health technology sector, as well as: 

  • Post-graduate qualification in Business is a must 

  • An MBA qualification is highly desirable 

  • Outstanding information gathering and problem-solving skills 

  • Detail-orientated and analytical 

  • Excellent networker and able to build high-level relationships at all levels  

  • High level of commercial awareness and business acumen 

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment 

  • Strong presentation, articulation, and facilitation skills 

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Positive, driven, and keen to develop personally and professionally
