Are you a creative, hungry salesperson with proven experience in selling software? Our client is currently seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join the North America sales team to hunt, sell and continue their dynamic growth.

The role 

As Senior Sales Manager you will maximise revenues through new and existing customers and manage the complex sales cycles to develop and sell high value propositions.  

This is a professional sales role that would suit a highly energetic, passionate self-starter with proven success in opening their own doors and selling software sales to leading brands and manufacturers large and small in the apparel and upholstery industries. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Establish a deep understanding of customer’ business needs 

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities 

  • Creating and qualifying leads to closing the contract 

  • Communicating the company’s value proposition to customers 

  • Consistently develop relationships with new and existing accounts   

  • Building strong relationships and trust with customers  

  • Analysing the market to identify growth opportunities 


The requirements 

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in the software industry working with both large and small accounts, as well as…  

  • Degree educated in a relevant field 

  • Knowledge and experience in Apparel/Upholstery industries 

  • Experience in 3D CAD software or relevant 

  • Working knowledge of SalesForce 

  • Strong listening, negotiating and presentation skills  

  • Able to manage and prioritise multiple tasks  

  • Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets  

  • Results driven and hunter oriented  

  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as being self-motivated to work independently  

  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) 

  • Travel across the territory (when permitted)
