The role
Within this role, you will act as a business partner with the account team to develop the account strategy, solution and vision messaging and ensure product usage and growth are maximised. You will apply your consultative skills in customer-facing situations and help to develop an understanding of the customer’s business, problems, and operational and technology needs.  
Other responsibilities include:

• Facilitating customer understanding of our client’s solution 

• Leading customer consulting engagements to facilitate sales 

• Participating in demonstrations, workshops, assessments, and technical seminars 

• Proactively supporting pipeline developments 

• Developing presentation materials that effectively communicate messages to market 

• Achieving personal and Business Consulting targets  

• Challenging customer’s current way of doing business to drive results  

The requirements
You’ll have strong knowledge of Chemical production and engineering business processes, as well as:

• Degree educated in Engineering with practical experience in consulting, technology, or industry 

• Experience in APM-related technologies  

• Knowledge of asset management  

• Experience with batch processing and regulated industries would be a plus 

• Track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities 

• Ability to identify improvement opportunities and overcome resistance to change 

• Strong business acumen and gravitas 

• Skilful in performing customer interviews 

• A team player  

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Flexible and willing to travel 30%-50% of the time
