Job description | Our client is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join their team in the South, UK and positively influence change across the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing software company that supports a people first, global culture. The company Our client is a well-established, leading company in the digital transformation space with customers across the world. They offer a comprehensive digital platform, which includes both cloud-based and on-premises solutions for their customers. The organisation offers a one-of-a-kind product which really has no equal on the market, and their position has been solidified in recent years by 2 high-profile acquisitions. The role Within this role, you will be the sole HR representative for the UK business, working in collaboration with the wider European HR Team across Southern Europe and reporting into the SVP in the USA. You will manage 110+ UK employees and partner with them to design, implement and monitor global HR programs and policies including renumeration and rewards, onboarding, training and development, contracts, performance management, equal opportunities on behalf of the whole business. Other responsibilities include: Delivering services and global people programs to the business seamlessly Communicating, coordinating, and conducting activities Emphasising empowerment, ownership, engagement, and ongoing development Providing talent and operational advice Updating and maintaining HR systems
Providing payroll and benefits administration Complying with local legal requirements Serving as the primary point of contact for employee questions and concerns Handling all escalated employee issues and concerns
The requirements You’ll have 6-8 years of Generalist/HR Business Partner experience supporting multiple local and international client groups, as well as… Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organisation Development, Business Administration, or a similar field Full knowledge of legal implications of the employment relationship Demonstrates good working knowledge of excel High attention to data accuracy Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
