The role

As a Senior Account Manager you will play a critical role in growing and expanding their sales in reverse logistics and related industries. Utilising your knowledge of software solution sales, you will grow and nurture accounts to help accelerate and realise their ambitious growth plans. You will have an appreciation for consultative selling techniques and be able to adapt and find solutions to customers unique buying preferences whilst building long-term relationships. You will also have access to their excellent marketing, sales and product support teams so that you will receive the necessary support at every step of the sales cycle.

The requirements

The successful candidate will ideally possess a degree in Business, Engineering or IT and have:

  • An appreciation for technical product sales into the telecoms and reverse logistics industries with 5+ years of demonstrable experience
  • Ideally a background software and technology sales
  • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships by being a strong communicator, organised and active with your work
  • Experience of CRM software, Google and Microsoft applications
  • Possess a hunter mentality and able to demonstrate a strong track record of achieving against your monthly and annual sales targets
  • An entrepreneur who is passionate about their work with knowledge of consultative sales and is innovative with their approach to problem solving
