FMC’s Digital Plant team are working closely with a fast-growing digital transformation provider. Their IIoT solutions have taken the industrial sector by storm and are widely regarded as one of the Smart Industries top employers thanks to their career progression opportunities, meaningful and exciting projects with global clients, transparency from the management board and ambition to become the best at what they do! As part of their growth journey, they are seeking a talented Senior Account Executive to join them in Atlanta.

The role 

As Senior Account Executive you will drive new business in the assigned territory providing value-based consultative sales within mid-market Industrial industries leveraging Technical and Risk Solutions. You will help generate meaningful business outcomes whilst strengthening existing relations as a Senior Account Executive. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Establishing and maintaining business relationships with internal and external stakeholders  

  • Building a territory plan to achieve territory performance targets 

  • Promoting the company’s unique approach to industrial companies 

  • Leading all sales execution activities and collaborating with cross-functional teams 

  • Maintaining an accurate forecast of business in the CRM systems ( 

  • Forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue streams to drive business growth  

  • Building winning capability for our client’s company  


The requirements 

You’ll have at least 5 years of enterprise software, sales experience in a Senior Account Executive role or similar, as well as… 

  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline  

  • Proven success selling SaaS solutions into industrial organisations, specifically in the Manufacturing or Supply Chain sectors 

  • Be proficient in working on complex, six/seven-figure strategic deals 

  • Respect and work well with a diverse range of people 

  • Able to build productive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels 

  • You’ll always go the extra mile and have a strong work ethic 

  • Able to multitask and overcome barriers  

  • Champion ideas and people to achieve breakthrough results  

  • Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Able to travel across the territory (when permitted)
