Do you have experience in an orthopaedic or theatre environment? With an enviable market position, our client is looking for a talented individual to join them to support their market growth in Yorkshire.

They are continuing to grow, employing more people, and launching new products to ensure they deliver a high-value service to their customers and ultimately deliver even faster sales growth.

The role
As a Territory Manager, you will be accountable for the sales and market share growth within your territory as well as maximising the impact of marketing plans and company assets. Within this role, you will be liaising with stakeholders at all levels within the NHS and Private hospital setting to deliver tangible value to our client’s proposition.

This role will challenge you to develop a broad skill set that will inevitably help you to progress your career long-term.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Providing and supporting sales opportunities for new and existing business

  • Growing sales via focused conversion of competitor business

  • Producing high-impact presentations and product demonstrations

  • Cold-calling new prospects to introduce the company’s products and solutions


The requirements

You will have at least 3 years of medical sales experience, as well as: 

  • Educated to Academic level

  • Experience in a theatre and orthopaedics environment

  • Strong track record of converting competitor customers via new business

  • Strong business acumen

  • Keen to learn and develop

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships

  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills 

  • Driving Licence to cover your territory where appropriate

  • Flexible and willing to travel
