Are you looking to be part of a motivated, highly visible team with a leader in the medical device industry? Our client is searching for a passionate, high achieving Sales Representative to join their Upper Extremities team across the Northeast, UK.
Our client is a huge blue-chip organisation known across the medical, surgical, and orthopaedic world. They offer innovative products and services to improve patient and hospital outcomes including medical and surgical equipment, orthopaedics, neurotechnology, training and education.
As a Sales Representative within the upper extremity team, you’ll be responsible for increasing sales in your territory and developing relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders in the NHS and private medical sector. You will manage existing business and establish new business opportunities.

Exceeding performance objectives and closing profitable business
Building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Delivering a superior customer experience
Conducting product demonstrations and training for clinical staff as to the proper use and maintenance of the products
Covering cases in operating theatres within your key accounts
You will have 1-2 years sales experience within the healthcare or pharma industry, as well as…
Successful sales or marketing experience
Experience in Medical Devices in upper extremity would be advantageous
Working knowledge of the NHS and selling in a theatre environment
Proven record closing profitable business and consistently exceed performance objectives
Able to make connections with internal partners and external contacts
Excellent work ethic and customer-focused attitude
Keen to share thoughts, listen to ideas and work together to move the business forward
Confident and has a desire to win
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Ideally located on or close to this territory
This role is field-based across Newcastle, Durham Darlington. Flexibility with hours and travel is key.
