Do you have a passion and drive for quality? Are you naturally competitive and do you love to win? Our client is searching for a high achieving Sales Representative to join their Trauma team across the West Midlands, UK.
Our client is a huge blue-chip organisation known across the medical, surgical, and orthopaedic world. They offer innovative products and services to improve patient and hospital outcomes including medical and surgical equipment, orthopaedics, neurotechnology, training and education.
As a Sales Representative within the Trauma team, you’ll be responsible for increasing sales in your territory and developing relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders in the NHS and private medical sector. You will manage existing business and establish new business opportunities.
Other responsibilities include…
Acquiring product, technology, market knowledge and feedback to the team
Supporting and collaborating with teams including, customer service and accounts etc.
Attending, organising, and participating in key local events
Conducting product demonstrations and training for clinical staff as to the proper use and maintenance of the products
Building clinical champions to support in driving forward current and future technology
You will have 1-2 years sales experience within the healthcare or pharma industry, as well as…
Successful sales or marketing experience
Demonstrable and consistent track record of successes in a sales role
Hyper motivated with a focus on delivering results
Working knowledge of the NHS and selling in a theatre environment
Able to make connections with internal partners and external contacts
Excellent work ethic and customer-focused attitude
Keen to share thoughts, listen to ideas and work together to move the business forward
Confident and has a desire to win
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Ideally located on or close to this territory
This role is field based across the West Midlands. The area covered is Birmingham, Dudley, Wolverhampton and Herefordshire. Flexibility with hours and travel is key.
