Are you looking to be part of a motivated, highly visible team with a leader in the medical technology industry? Our client is searching for a high achieving Sales Representative to join their Trauma team across the South East and London.  

The company 

Our client is a huge blue-chip organisation known across the medical, surgical, and orthopaedic world. They offer innovative products and services to improve patient and hospital outcomes including medical and surgical equipment, orthopaedics, neurotechnology, training and education. 

 
The role 
As a Sales Representative, you will play a significant role in a highly successful sales team and share the same ethos in helping to improve patient care and outcomes using our clients’ products and services. Within the trauma team, you’ll be responsible for increasing sales in your territory and developing relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders in the NHS and private medical sector.  

Other responsibilities include…  

  • Conducting trials and evaluations of product in theatre  

  • Developing your product, technology, and market knowledge and feedback to the team 

  • Supporting and collaborating with internal teams  

  • Attending, organising, and participating in key local events  

  • Conducting product demonstrations and training for clinical staff  

The requirements 

You will have 1-2 years sales experience within the healthcare or pharma industry, as well as… 

  • Degree educated in life sciences or training in a medical or technical career  

  • Successful sales or marketing experience  

  • A consistent track record of successes in a sales role 

  • Working knowledge of the NHS and selling in a theatre environment 

  • Excellent work ethic and customer-focused attitude  

  • Confident and has a desire to win  

  • Committed to excellent customer service  

  • Excellent English communication skills  

  • Ideally located on or close to this territory  

  • A full, Valid UK Driving Licence to cover your territory where appropriate 
     

This role field-based across the South East and London. Flexibility with hours and travel is key.
