Our client is a huge blue-chip organisation known across the medical, surgical, and orthopaedic world. They offer innovative products and services to improve patient and hospital outcomes including medical and surgical equipment, orthopaedics, neurotechnology, training and education.
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for increasing sales in your territory and developing relationships with customers within the Spinal portfolio. You will manage existing business and establish new business opportunities.

Building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Being customer-focused and solving product problems
Carrying out customer training to doctors, nurses, and other staff as to the proper use and maintenance of the products
You will have prior experience within the healthcare or pharma industry, as well as…
Experience within a leadership position within a team, group, or community
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Competitive background with strong interpersonal skills
Able to demonstrate your drive and desire to succeed
Able to build strong relationships and be a team player
This role is based in the Midlands; however, the successful candidate will be located within the Birmingham/Kettering region. Flexibility Is key – you will be expected to travel across the UK up to 80% with 2-3 overnight stays per week.
