We are seeking a credible sales professional to support and represent a range of consumable products who is passionate about growing new business whilst maintaining existing accounts. The company

Our client is a well-respected medical device company who are passionate about improving patient care and saving lives. They produce innovative, high-quality medical devices and services across a variety of markets in the medical technology space that are used in hospital departments around the world. These products are used within ICU, acute and long-term therapy departments within the NHS consisting of disposable consumable products within vascular access.


The role

Within this role, you will be responsible for the sales and promotion of our client’s products within hospitals and the community setting, covering South Germany. You will be set targets and objectives throughout the financial year and provide regular updates on their progress. This opportunity will allow you to join a high-performing sales team within an organisation that offers stability, support, development, and progression. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Sell company products to meet or exceed assigned territory targets  

  • Represent our client to customers and the public  

  • Identify and attract companies with an interest in and need for our client’s products 

  • Work closely with medical and business professionals  

  • Provide customer service and follow-ups to ensure positive customer relationships 

  • Prepare timely and accurate reports 

  • Communicate any risks related to the medical devices 


The requirements

You will have a qualification in the healthcare sector, as well as…

  • Degree-level educated 

  • Clinical, Pharma, Medical Devices experience 

  • Project management experience 

  • Commercial or business administration training 

  • Relevant product knowledge and experience in health-related sales activities 

  • Knowledge of creating sales and marketing strategies and procedures 

  • Expertise in generating market opportunities  

  • Strong negotiation, analytical and organisational skills 

  • English language skills are desirable  

  • Creative and innovative

  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel 

  • Located in Augsburg -Stuttgart  

This is a field-based role which typically requires travel more than 50% of the time.
