Our client delivers a variety of Environmental, Health and Safety services across the globe to help businesses overcome the various complexities of managing their EHS and risk data. In creating a safer and healthier workplace they provide a variety of services including blueprinting, seamless implementation, easy-to-understand solution training and unmatched service support. 


The role

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will grow sales and customer success organisations through sales process optimisation, tool implementation and data management in salesforce. You will support the sales team in creating pricing proposals, presentations, and contract documents to enhance sales productivity and performance.  

Other responsibilities include: 

  • Assisting in implementing new strategies  

  • Providing administration for all sales technology platforms 

  • Using CRM tools to manage users and report on opportunities 

  • Analysing financial and sales data 

  • Developing pricing models and activities 

  • Working closely with the executive leadership team 

  • Reporting to management through presentations and written reports  


The requirements

You’ll have 3 years of relevant B2B Sales Operations experience, as well as:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline

  • Certification in Salesforce administration is desirable 

  • Outstanding project and program management skills  

  • Able to work across multiple time zones and continents  

  • Able to organise, analyse and report data from multiple systems 

  • Strong written and oral communication skills  

  • Hyper organised and motivated  

  • Familiar with CRM software (including Salesforce)

  • Detail-orientated and analytical
