Are you an experienced team manager with strong strategic and analytical skills? Our client is currently looking for a Sales Manager to join their team in Paris.

The role 

As a Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for promoting our client’s products and supports services to their key customers. You will hire, develop and lead a sales team of 5+ and mentor on inbound leads, cold-calling and prospecting to further build a sustainable business.  

Other responsibilities include: 

  • Holding each sales representative accountable to defined performance plans and overall customer satisfaction  

  • Promoting a results-orientated cultures 

  • Initiating and leading with customer executives to build strong relationships 

  • Creating long-term global account plans to drive our client’s portfolio 

  • Proposing solutions linked with customer strategy 

  • Delivering customer satisfaction by putting strategies and processes in place  

  • Producing accurate forecasts 

  • Actively partaking in marketing events to showcase the company’s solutions  

  • Carrying out competitive intelligence on your sector 

 

The requirements 

You’ll have experience in implementing sales strategies, sales process and methodologies, as well as: 

  • Degree educated in an Engineering or Technical discipline is desirable 

  • 5+ years’ experience in selling complex CAE solutions 

  • Demonstrable experience in sales team management 

  • Excellent organisational and decision-making skills 

  • Experience with information gathering and problem-solving   

  • Ability to communicate and present effectively 

  • Strong commercial awareness including negotiation skills 

  • Full French driver’s license 

  • Flexible and willing to travel internationally
