Our client is currently looking for a self-motivated professional with a proven track record and experience in managing sales teams in a high growth industry to join their team in Mexico.

The role 

As Sales Leader, you will be responsible for selling our clients’ products and services to new and existing customers in Mexico and Central America as well as overseeing a sales team of 8 people. You’ll build and execute account plans, incorporating fundamental enterprise software sales strategies to deliver accurate sales forecasts.  

Responsibilities include: 

  • Exceeding the budget of the annual operating plan (AOP) in all its dimensions 

  • Setting up and ensuring the execution of the sales strategy  

  • Exceeding the corporate and regional goals  

  • Driving sales activities and prioritise workload 

  • Building well targeting business organisation strategies to allocate resource  

  • Developing sales and account plans for growing the business  

The requirements 

You’ll have experience selling industrial software and leading a team. Other requirements include: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field  

  • Proven track record and experience in managing sales teams 

  • Experience working in an international context  

  • Able to thrive in a client facing role and proactively manage client relationships  

  • Prior experience in the development of new leads, opportunities, and sales  

  • Strategic, highly self-motivated, and able to work under pressure   

  • Strong negotiating, influencing, and analytical skills  

  • Professional attitude and projection of company image   

  • Able to work as a team player and work collaboratively with various teams in the business  

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) 

  • Flexible and willing to travel internationally and domestically
