Are you an entrepreneurial individual with a passion for new technology? Our client is looking for a self-starting Sales Executive to join their sales team across the UK.  

The company 

Our client’s software solutions are streamlining the management of health and safety in the workplace. Their all-in-one platform is already implementing seamless and secure safety measures in industries across the UK and they are now seeking to transform the health and safety management process across the globe. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a rising start-up and set them on a trajectory of growth. 

The role 

As a Sales Executive, you’ll bring your hunter mentality to build a network of new customers whilst maintaining and developing existing business. Under expert guidance, you’ll execute a clear and robust sales approach that will penetrate our client’s market opportunity and drive the sales of their SaaS solutions. You’ll play a key role across the sales process, from generating leads to pipeline development to delivering customer presentations. 

Other responsibilities include: 

  • Analysing the market to identify partnership opportunities 

  • Prospecting and developing qualified leads 

  • Hitting monthly and quarterly targets 

  • Becoming an expert on the product portfolio 

  • Providing administrative support 

  • Managing post-sales customer support 

  • Maintaining a high level of industry knowledge and competitive intelligence 


The requirements 

You’ll have 5+ years of experience in a sales acquisition/development role, ideally within a SaaS environment, as well as: 

  • Degree educated in a relevant discipline 

  • Proven track record of sales success 

  • New business hunter mentality with an aptitude for opening new relationships 

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer engagement skills 

  • Knowledge of the legal requirements surrounding Health & Safety compliance 

  • Detail-orientated and analytical 

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Strong computer proficiency (including Microsoft Office and CRM) 

  • Self-starter who is tenacious and results-orientated
