The company 

Our client produces cutting-edge SaaS based technology for organisations around the world to effect meaningful change in the way environmental, health and safety is managed. Their global enterprise platform of powerful solutions creates higher levels of operational and sustainable performance.   

The role 

Our client is seeking a Sales Executive to develop and execute sales strategies to maximise value and meet revenue targets. This role will be responsible for the full sales cycle, including development and maintenance of a large deal pipeline, proposal management, and maximising the potential of their EH&S software suite. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Establishing and maintaining business relationships with internal and external stakeholders  

  • Supporting the sales process from prospecting through to contract close 

  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities 

  • Creating visibility on the sales pipeline and forecasted revenue 

  • Developing and leveraging personal and corporate networks 

  • Communicating market intelligence to internal stakeholders 

  • Attending industry conferences and events 

  • Collaborating with internal teams including marketing, client services, legal and finance 


The requirements 

You’ll have a minimum 5 years of enterprise solution sales experience with a strong track record of hunting and closing SaaS, software and consulting services agreements, as well as:

  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline  

  • Industry sale experience is desirable 

  • Advanced computer literacy skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, WebEx) 

  • Positive, motivated, and driven by finding new business opportunities  

  • Strong team-working ability as well as independent working 

  • Excellent understanding of strategic selling technique 

  • Strong time management skills and understand pipeline management 

  • Track record of CRM and forecasting principles  

  • High energy and hunter mentality  

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) 

  • Multi-lingual is desirable  

  • Able to travel across the territory (when permitted)
