Job description

Our client is looking for a talented and enthusiastic salesperson to strengthen their team and contribute to their growth plan across the Nordics and Baltics.  

The company 

Supports some of the largest and most progressive utilities globally, our client is a leading provider of AI-powered solutions covering the inspection and maintenance of critical infrastructure. Their software solution revolutionises the operation of Power Utilities and the transmission and distribution networks.  

The role 

We are seeking a Sales Executive to develop and execute sales strategies to maximise value and meet revenue targets. This role will be responsible for the full sales cycle, including development and maintenance of a large deal pipeline, resource allocation, proposal management, and deal closure.  

Responsibilities include: 

  • Leading on outbound efforts in target region (Nordics and Baltics) 

  • Growing pipeline through direct contact, partners, and collaboration with marketing 

  • End to end lead on moving a deal from initial contact through to contract signed 

  • Developing and writing proposals in line with customer requirements 

  • Tracking all sales activity in HubSpot 

  • Meeting quarterly goals for pipeline development and sales quota 

  • Presenting our client’s value proposition and solutions  

 

The requirements 

You’ll have 3+ years of professional experience of which preferably 2+ years are in SaaS sales and 1+ years are in Power and Utility sector, as well as:

  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline  

  • Experience in managing €10+ million pipeline and sales targets accordingly 

  • Experience in closing large deals in the €300K+ range 

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets 

  • Experience at a start-up, fast-moving company 

  • Able to present to C-Suite  

  • Experience with consultative selling 

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Fluent in Spanish  

  • Flexible and willing to travel
