The role

As Sales Associate – Orthopaedics you will be accountable for the sales and market share growth within your territory as well as maximising the impact of marketing plans and company assets. Within this role, you will be liaising with stakeholders at all levels within the NHS and Private hospital setting to deliver tangible value to our clients’ proposition.

This role will challenge you to develop a broad skill set that will inevitably help you to progress your long-term career in a leadership or marketing role.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Driving and supporting sales targets to sales forces
  • Providing clinical support and assistance to surgeons
  • Promoting the correct use of products and instruments
  • Reporting any product issues, safety alerts, recalls and any problem relating to product management
  • Suggesting any product or process improvements
  • Organising and conducting trainings, surgical participation, and workshops
  • Providing and supporting sales opportunities for new business
     

The requirements

You will have at least 2 years sales or customer facing experience, as well as:

· Degree educated

· Keen to learn and develop

· Strong communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships

· Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

· Able to work autonomously and within a team setting

· An enthusiastic and can-do attitude, with a drive to succeed

· Driving Licence to cover your territory where appropriate

· Flexible and willing to travel
