Are you a sales expert with a track record of leading sales within a global healthcare company? Our client is seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager – Ultrasound to join their team.

With extensive training and development programmes, you will be supported to become an expert in their medical imaging products. As leaders within the x-ray and radiography market, they are investing heavily in their new technology, so that you can be sure you are securing sales for genuinely life-changing equipment. 

The role
As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll bring your selling experience to this role to accelerate revenue growth for the Ultrasound portfolio with hospitals and clinics across your defined territory. You’ll define our client’s strategic vision and implement a sales approach that wins new business with key clinical stakeholders, ensuring customers are provided with solutions tailored to their business requirements. 

Other responsibilities include: 

  • Translating the customer needs into technical solutions  

  • Producing accurate sales forecasts 

  • Reporting monthly sales and leads 

  • Supplying regular feedback to the management teams 

  • Initiating and attending workshops for potential and existing customers 

  • Supporting European and global marketing campaigns 

  • Carrying out competitive intelligence on your sector to provide regular feedback on market products and their quality 

The requirements

You’ll have 3+ years of experience selling capital equipment as a regional sales manager in a global healthcare company, as well as… 

  • Degree Educated in a relevant discipline (including Engineering or a Healthcare profession) 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong networker with the ability to build effective interpersonal relationships 

  • High organised and able to prioritise effectively 

  • Detailed-orientated, logical and strategic 

  • Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team

  • Strong computer proficiency (including Microsoft Suite and Sales tools) 

  • Full UK driving licence and willing to travel across the territory 

  • Positive, driven and results-orientated
