A market-leading developer of single-use instruments is currently looking for a Project Manager to join their team in Denmark. The role

As a Project Manager, you’ll lead on delivering new features and functionalities of our client’s display units across the market. These display units are being utilised with our client’s single-use endoscopes to display high-quality images and image processing capabilities. You will work closely with system engineers to ensure all project risks are mitigated  

Responsibilities include:

  • Defining initial ideas and transferring the design to production 

  • Monitoring the performance of products on the market 

  • Working in according to our clients phase-gate model 

  • Visiting medical professionals in operating rooms and intensive care units 

  • Facilitating collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders 


The requirements

You’ll have 3+ years of solid experience within medical device project execution, as well as…

  • Degree educated in engineering  

  • Track record in leading cross-functional project teams 

  • Experience within hardware or software 

  • Experience with medical device development and the associated regulations 

  • A technical mindset to engage and understand best practices 

  • An understanding of Agile practices is desirable  

  • Self-motivated, structured and have a strong sense of responsibility towards your work 

  • Open-minded with excellent interpersonal skills 

  • Leading by example comes naturally to you

  • Comfortable working in a challenging environment

  • Strong business acumen with analytical and organisational skills 

  • Able to develop strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels 

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

  • Willing and flexible to travel internationally (10-20 days per year)
