Our client is currently looking for a Go to Market (GTM) Programme Manager to help drive the success of their Product Upgrade Program across the Nordics.

The role 

As Programme Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving our clients’ go to market products in line with the company strategy. You will control, lead, and shape the delivery of the Product Upgrade Program whilst always ensuring that you deliver benefits for the wider business.  

Responsibilities include: 

  • Working with cross-functional teams to deliver successful program outcomes 

  • Identifying resource gaps and filling them where necessary 

  • Prioritising product innovation and building a thorough understanding of the product portfolio 

  • Building a strong, professional relationship with stakeholders at all levels 

  • Understanding stakeholder strategies, and priorities and provide the necessary support 

  • Shaping the content, structure, and objectives of the Programmes 

  • Supervising the work of the teams to ensure effective communication and coordination 

 

The requirements 

You’ll have a proven ability to lead at a management level with large B2B organisations in a project or programme management role. Other requirements include: 

  • Degree educated in a relevant field 

  • Proven track record delivering business centric projects  

  • Experience defining and executing programme governance 

  • Able to lead large, complex, and rapidly changing business initiatives virtually  

  • Formal qualification in program or project management desirable 

  • Passionate about personal progression and career growth   

  • Willing to take ownership of tasks 

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 

  • Strong decision making, interpersonal, and presentation skills 

  • Able to produce high quality, effective, and through documentation 

  • Professional Norwegian and English language skills
